Plan B: Construction Linked Payment Plan

• On start of foundation – 7% + 50% of (EDC + IDC)*
• On start of Basement Roof – 7% + 50% of (EDC + IDC)*
• On start of first Roof Slab – 7% + 50% of Car Parking*
• On start of Third Roof Slab – 7% + 50% of Car Parking*
• On start of fifth Roof Slab – 7%
• On start of seventh Roof Slab – 6%
• On start of ninth Roof Slab – 6%
• On start of eleventh Roof Slab – 6%
• On start of internal plaster – 6%
• On start of flooring – 6% + Club membership Fee*

Plan C: Time Linked Payment Plan
