Sonepat has a literacy rate of 83.06%. Sonepat is an agricultural majority district as there is vast agricultural land and homes for sale in Sonepat on which various types of crops such as wheat, rice, oilseeds, sugarcane, cotton, pulses, barley, maize, millet etc are grown.
