Survey complete, Section 4 to be in Practiced in 5 Villages of Sonepat

To extend the industrial town Kundli HSIIDC will get 6 new sectors. HSIIDC department has completed the survey and is in preparations to impose section 4, for this the department has sent for permissions to the authority. Department is planning to give notice to the farmers in the first week of June.

For Kundli industrial area HSIIDC Kundli’s town planning team has selected the land of Sersa, Kundli, Nathupur, Saboli, Garhi Kundli and Pritampura villages. The department’s team has sent the survey of 2000 acres land to Chandigarh for approval of section 4. The factory owners will be allotted plots in the new sectors 46, 47, 48, 49, 50 and 52. Officers believe that the notices will be served to the concerned farmers regarding the first process of land acquisition under section 4 in the first week of June. After that the farmers can notify their objection to the authority. After section 9 the land acquisition rate is at least 50 lakhs.

Along with this HSIIDC department has surveyed for land for new sector in Akbarpur Barota. There are preparations to include this village in industrial zone and impose section 4 in it. The development in Barota village is also concurrent with speedy development in Kundli.
