Fraud Property Dealers Creating Nuisance in Sonepat City

The major buying and selling of colonies been developed in the agricultural land is done by fraud property dealers rather than the original and government approved property dealers. Because of them there have been many problems in the NOC (No Objection Certificate) case in the tehsil offices and these people by giving wrong statements are raising their voices against the NOC rule. Observing this Tehsildar Mr. Jitender Kumar Gandhi has instructed the tehsil office that no property registration should be done without NOC.

       Tehsildar said that property dealers who haven’t got government license and are involved in buying and selling of land and property in Sonepat will be prosecuted. He also stated that the amps of all the colonies in Sonepat are being prepared after which there will be no problem for people. After the maps are prepared the finding of location of plots will take significantly less time. This will make sure that the property in question is not in unapproved colony or areas. He stated that the dealers who are government approved and have license stays away from these kinds of dealings. The most suffered class of society from plotting in the agricultural land is the middle class.

     They can’t provide correct records regarding the colony and area in DTP department due to which they can’t get NOC and put false allegations on the department. Actually they are played by the property dealers. He said the people applying to DTP department for NOC to buy and sell plots are getting them in 2 to 3 days. Now many rules regarding NOC have been omitted to ease people’s problem.
