Patel Nagar is a colony in Sonepat. It is one of the largest colonies in Sonepat and was established in late 1980s. Now it is almost full and there are very few plots left in the colony. It is growing everyday and more and more land is plotted near Patel Nagar by its name. Soon it will be a separate ward of Sonepat in its own. As of today it is in the ward number 21 of Sonepat. Geographically it stretches from Rathdhana road to “Ganda Naala” and from Government polytechnic Sonepat to the Bandepur village which is a very big area for a colony.

      Patel Nagar has all its streets made of concrete and all the streets are well lit. Sewage lines, water supply lines and power lines are also available in it. It has 5 schools in it, 2 clinics, and a grocery market in it for the daily use items. As of property prices, it has very low prices as compared to rest of Sonepat colonies with similar faculties
